A Journey of Self-Knowing

Is this what you’ve been looking for?

The overwhelm of life can be a heavy load to carry, especially when you give so much of yourself to your partner, kids, job, friends, and countless other responsibilities…Let someone outstretch their hand to you. Self-knowing is like a user manual to the most intricate thing ever created, the human body. We are shaped by so many things, our natural uniqueness, how we were raised, what country we grew up in, the level of traumas or neglect we’ve felt and the various ways we’ve had to learn how to protect ourselves. You’re not broken. You might just need to be led through your user manual.

The 4 Typing Systems Used in Outstretched

Born out of a deep commitment to knowing myself and vulnerably sharing that with the world, I have heard thousands of similar stories from women who are just simply struggling to feel like they’re enough, which breaks my heart. You’ll experience confidence, self-love, and a true sense of how you’re designed to show up in the world.

About Dennis

My name is Dennis Gable. Since 1999 I have been fortunate to lead and facilitate thousands of people. I am driven by my passion and purpose to help people, specifically men, find freedom in themselves. Over the years I have been: lead singer, public speaker, pastor, mentor, and coach [both professional & personal]. I’ve done the hard work to confront my own bullshit and heal most of my experiences. I say most because I’m still a work in progress. This truth allows me to be present and listen without judgment, and guide from a place of clarity and concern.
